Disclaimer
Easy, you meet someone who is very unscrupulous over craigslist they make promises and deals they cant honor."Meet" over e-mail, text, phone? I doubt it was in person. Most people can spot shadiness from a mile away... just wondering if you 'missed the clues' (of which, half are dead giveaways). NinjaNick
Notaries are a dime a dozen in banks. I go to the bank and get something notarized for free all the time.

chevysoldier
He said he would send me double the amount and I just need to send the change back to a bank in Syria. He sounded honest. I mean he is a prince and all.
redkow97
notaries are like $5 and can be found at UPS, FedEx, bank, real estate office, some libraries and dealerships...not the type of notary who will notarize someone else's signature after the fact. If he had a legit need for a notary, that is where he can find one, otherwise he won't get help until we know that we are not helping someone steal a bike.
