I will probably post this seperately but figured if any of you guys were interested you could get first dibs.
Zach
Sam, I'd recommend doing a 'lite' cafe. Just do a few touches to make it cafe- bars, rearsets, seat cowl (or different tail all together0

ReconRat
I gravitate towards the "F" models. Always preferred the sporty model. But a 919 is the grandchild of those anyway. And I do still miss a kick starter. Grrrr. But not so much anymore.
SAMBUSA
Got it home and on the lift. Wouldn't start when I got there. Wouldn't start when I got home, took it off the trailer and tried the kick start. She fired up but not for long. Sooooo, getting the motor running and cleaned up is the first project. Then she's going cafe racer style for sure.
ReconRat
When the Honda 550 was designed, the designers took a long hard look at one of the greatest 500cc bikes of all time. The Norton Atlas. You can see elements of the classic Norton Atlas in everything about the Honda 550. I've ridden both, and there is indeed much similarity between them. In particular, the Norton Atlas was an extremely good handling bike.
