No tears or rips. Home Depot card isn't included (I've included it in the photo for size reference. Same size as a credit card). Four of the patches were on the front of the jacket, two were on each sleeve. All I ask is that you send me a SASE in order to get them. PM me for my address. BTW, these patches are not woven/ cloth. They're a heavy vinyl/ plastic with some texture to them (i.e. not just black printed on white or vice versa). Oh yeah, and these will make you a faster rider, just like stickers on your fairing.
