I Have Kawi Service Manuals

I recently acquired a lot of Kawasaki service manuals in PDF form, it appears that they are for most, if not all Kawi bikes from 95-09. So if you need a Manual PM me your email address and your bike model and I'll send you the PDF if I have it.

:( mine is to old

The 500s are a weird case anyways, they use the manual from Kawi's old 400 and then they made a supplement manual for the EX500, neither of which I have, which is odd b/c we work on those bikes in class so you would think that they would have had the PDF version of those manuals as well.

Been trying to find one for gen 2 Busa

If I get the suzuki manuals I'll let you know if there is a 2nd gen busa manual for you.

I bought the manual from Iron pony and some things match up and others don't. I have also had a bitch of a time with places ordering the right parts. When I went to get my clutch lever replaced for what ever reason their book said I needed a hydraulic one.

There is a Haynes manual ISBN 1844252590 for 87-05 and a Clymer manual ISBN 9781844257775 for 87-08. The Columbus library has one copy. I've never seen either one for download. I do have Clymer 87-93 and a EX500 pdf parts fiche for unknown year, and a misc EX500 pdf owner's manual.

The best parts fiche are on line, lots of sources for that.

But yes, sometimes there are errors...

Haynes and Clymers are junk, I've used both and they don't hold a candle to factory service manuals. I'll try to see if I can get the manuals for your bike gen3, it'll help a lot.

And IP, I can't exactly send you 2.5gb of manuals via email. Though I am throwing around the idea of setting up a file sharing site to host them all on...To bad I don't have the time or the skillz to do that.

You skeered or sumtin'? :p

I have a 25mb limit on files sent in each email, you do the math on how many emails I would have to send you; I even have some manuals, such as the KL650 E8F that are 104mb so they can't even be sent via email. If you want all of them you're going to have to figure out another way for me to send them to you. :p
