We own a powder coating business in Springfield. If you want the whole wheel in one color it's 75 after blasting costs. We stock 80 colors. We can show you many wheels we've done for other people and see if it's what you want. 1 year satisfaction warranty on everything we do. If you're not happy, we'll do it again in the same color at no charge. Our phone number is 937-322-1661 and we do NO production or commercial work, just bikes and cars.

Well, it's not all that hard, except for the masking on a two tone cast wheel. There are hours of masking involved. What we can do is do it in the first color and partially bake it, let you mask it with the high temp tape and do the second color. For us it would be two times through the oven so about $80 per wheel if you bought the high temp masking tape and masked them yourself. We charge $65 per hour for masking, how ever long that would take. We're pretty darned persnickety, so I'm guessing about 60 to 90 minutes per wheel. As you see, that can add up quickly. so many people take them home and mask while watching TV or whatever and bring them back for completion. If you wanted, we could then clear coat them so the line wouldn't be able to be felt and the colors would be deeper. That's about $40 per wheel extra. We do a lot of show work, so we're used to weird requests.
