jmwildi Posted August 22, 2010 Report Share Posted August 22, 2010 For a 1911 you can't go wrong with Springfield. I had one of their Mil-Spec 1911's and never had a problem with it. Easily one of the most reliable weapons I've owned and fun to shoot too. Sadly, rough times hit and I had to downsize my gun collection a bit.
