jschaf
Progressive full coverage/ $706 a year package deal for my wife's bike & mine ('09 Monster 696 & '08 CBR1000RR). Ages 51 & 52 respectively. I'm sure the premium will change next spring when they find out about my hooliganism ticket. I'll probably switch to liability only then. kawi kid
Just a little tip, the 100k per person dont cover you the operator of the motorcycle
demitrix
Yeah I found that out, but it doesn't change my premium much to lower it.
SAMBUSA
Just a little tip, the 100k per person dont cover you the operator of the motorcycleIt did for my wife when she wrecked the car. It was higher than 100k coverage though.
tyler524
It would cover the operator if you had 100/300 for uninsured & underinsured wouldn't it?

I had full coverage also bit they told me that the 100k bodily injury per person was only for passengers and others involved not the rider. Scruit
I just called American Family. I "did not opt for medical coverage", apparently. Was not asked, not that I recall.Anyway, my health insurance is typically very good. ($1k out of pocket per year, rest is covered at 100%. Not a HMO either, PPO) I really don't understand why someone's health insurance wouldn't cover a motorbike accident. (I can see why they'd want to subrogate against an at-fault driver, but that's after they pay your injuries)
