Get a phone that's CDMA compatible, call Customer Service and tell them you got a new phone, then read them the number off the back of it and voila. Took it to the store, tried it online and over the phone so Maybe some phones will and others won't. Maybe it depends on the carrier? Do you sell verizon phones?
