banditj13
Okay guys... I am lost here...I have a 2003 kawasaki vulcan en500 (same motor as the ex500) that has an evil, slow oil leak, right side of motor. After I ride it enough to get it warm, I get small oil deposits on the right exhaust, right under the mount braket for the foot peg/controlsI have regasketed the right case cover, and the water pump cover, I have checked and rechecked the torque on all cover bolts.I even went as far as replacing the main oil galley plug, right above and behind the foot peg.I have checked over and over to make sure I am using the right oil too...I still manage to get oil on the exhaust...Any suggestions? Thanks,
