Vulcan 500 oil leak

Okay guys... I am lost here...

I have a 2003 kawasaki vulcan en500 (same motor as the ex500) that has an evil, slow oil leak, right side of motor.

After I ride it enough to get it warm, I get small oil deposits on the right exhaust, right under the mount braket for the foot peg/controls

I have regasketed the right case cover, and the water pump cover, I have checked and rechecked the torque on all cover bolts.

I even went as far as replacing the main oil galley plug, right above and behind the foot peg.

I have checked over and over to make sure I am using the right oil too...

I still manage to get oil on the exhaust...

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
