ironbuttwannabe
I hauled the feeders over so they could set them in with the crane. They should have finished up setting trusses today. Tomarrow it should be under roof. Trusses came from columbus area with escort.

Fonzie
Is it just me... Or is that a pretty low roof/ceiling for that big a building?
Gump
Pigs are short...it does look short in the last pic. I think it's because it's so big.

ironbuttwannabe
Too small. Start over.8 foot ceiling. There is really no reason to go any higher. I thought it looked really short too, but I. Think since it is so wide its an opticle allusion. We might have to put some heat in it when we first start loading it in about 3 weeks or so. Hopefully we won't need any after that
Gump
Why do you need heat to start but not after it's loaded?
jporter12
Why do you need heat to start but not after it's loaded?Think about it a minute. It needs to be warm for the animals, but after they're in there, all the body heat from all the animals will keep it warm.
