Who manually writes sales orders anymore? Why do you need my name, address, and phone number to buy a pair of ear buds, or a cable? Like I am going to take your advise on a TV; your cash register is one step above a typewriter.I waited in line this morning for about 35 mins and one person in the line I was in got checked out. I finally left and ran over to Lowes and bought a Shop Vac for my dad, went back to HH Gregg and the same people were still in line. I know because one of them was a guy I used to work with. So I stood there and talked to him for about 20 mins, and then decided to get back in line again. Lucky for me I must have gotten in the correct line because I was checked out before the guy I used to work with. All for an MP3 player for my mom. Oh well it was for my mom./rant.
