ReconRat
Rep for being funny. Double Rep if you can actually post a poll.Thank you FireFox' date=' for the history search function. My bad, it was New York Daily News poll, not New York Times[url']http://www.nydailynews.com/nydn/poll.do?pollCmsUniqueId=20110110_gun_control_in_the_us&pollTitle=Gun+Control+in+the+U.S.%0D%0A&pollQuestion=What+do+you+think+of+current+gun+laws+in+the+United+States%3F&voteExpirationDate=&option_labels=Current+laws+are+too+strict.+Any+infringement+upon+gun+owners%27+rights+is+an+infringement+upon+the+2nd+amendment.%3BCurrent+laws+are+not+strict+enough.+We+need+to+regulate+access+to+deadly+weapons.%3BNot+sure.+&20110110_gun_control_in_the_us=1&vote=voteIt eased up a bit, it was running closer to 30/70 when I voted... Disclaimer
So, devils advocate here. Even if 57-ish% of people believe the rhetoric wasn't responsible, and some much lower percentage beleive it was... what percentage of those people are mentally ill? Assuming those people are "sane", wouldn't the survey results be moot because that's not really the audience that's affected by the rhetoric?Also...An AZ GOP Leader Resigns After Tea Party Attacks: 'I Don't Want To Take A Bullet For Anyone'
fusion
I say' date=' "Bye-bye". If you're afraid to be shot because your constituents are pissed, then you should stop pissing them off, resign, or... (left blank out of respect?)[/quote']Have you looked at the morons getting pissed? They aren't getting pissed over anything near reality. These are the types of people that are at the base of the debate over the amount of rhetoric being fed to the brainless masses.
Disclaimer
Isn't it a paradox to be a Black Republican? That's like being a pro-gun Democrat.Stick to the stereotypes people, it's hard if I can't label you.

The King
I think it is outrageous that the Dems have politicized this event. This kid was certifiable and they want us to believe it was all brought on by political rhetoric....Whatever.How about, lets use this to attack anyone who criticizes our party. However' date=' regardless of their reasoning, isn't it the job of their Congressfolk to do what they want? Disclaimer
I was hoping it wasn't the fiveseven I still want one of those. Why are you worried about it? Is there a stigma attached to a certain brand or model that kills people? If you want a gun that doesn't kill people -- get a squirt gun.
