^^ Dang you Fonzie, coffee on the monitor from laughing....

I am not sure how in depth they can get or what i really would like to see. Not really wanting a history lesson on firearms, but maybe "show and tell" on some unique rare firearms?

You have to figure they are also trying to run a business selling custom guns. They can't show how they make them, or it gives away all their secrets. Then competitors can making the same thing.

They havent done anything new!!!! Everything they have done is common sense or has already been done 1000 times. They dont show things because they are trying to make the show seem more then what it really is.

Its a bunch of monkeys in a workshop. Like that fact that he kept saying he bought a grenade launcher.. BS!!!.. To the unknowing person it may look like one but what he had was a 37mm flair gun that anyone can buy.. Not a 40mm grenade launcher!!!

I hate to keep agreeing with Dorfman...

But I thought the show was gonna be more about them making custom stuff from scratch, the way the commercials presented it. Some cool stuff so far... But not what I was expecting so far

I had one. They're not hard to get at all. Put a shitload of HE,CS and HEDP through it. Miss that thing.

Finally got to watch the M2 episode tonight... Couldn't even finish it. How does a shop that BRAGS about bein' one of the best builders in the country, & all the custom/specialty work they do/are capable of, need to call in a specialist to help them put together a freakin' kit?? :dunno:

Then they complain about the specialist tryin' to teach them too much, & not just puttin' the gun together for them... The specialty/custom gun shop?? Apparently they just wanted to fly him down for his labor... Not to learn anything from him :nono:

And once again... The daughter's annoying. She reminds me of a braggadocios, attention seeking, precocious child... And daddy's the enabler.

I haven't watched it since the first night. I always forget when stuff is on, especially when it's the middle of the week. Although judging from all the reviews, I haven't been missing a whole lot.

Top Shot was pretty good. They do have some skill although I was amazed that considering some of their backgrounds, they messed up some shots I didn't expect them to.

Yeah... And engraving their logo on there

It's a kit, not like they fabbed the whole thing themselves, & they couldn't even put that together by themselves. Should'a put Christo's logo on there, since all Son's did was supply the tools & shop

  • 2 weeks later...

I watched part of it than had to tend to my kid. It kind of upset me when the owner said he wasn't there for a history lesson, just to put it together. Seemed rude to me and the more rounded you are on a weapon the better. They guy was helping them out for free and supposedly knows his M2s. It would probably be a good idea to listen to him.
