their customer service was lacking a bit.

Yea, we got ride of them last summer mom did a promo with two new phones that were suppose to cost $200 combined and ended up being full price so like $1200 for two phones. They wouldn't change it and said some bs that they were unable to change it in the computer. So we left after like six or seven years I think it was. That's why they suck....

I agree, we have had them for I think 7 or 8 years now and their customer service has been great. Sure they have screwed up a time or two, but they always fix it.

Sprint stock dropped heavy after rising then speculations of AT&T. They still have virgin mobile prepaids which might increase if vz & AT&T up pricing. Or they might disappear.???

We have T-Mobile and have now for 4 years as we are happy with the service. What effect will this have on existing T-M customers? Will we now have AT&T or will there still be T-M?

it will probably will take a year to get everything done, but im guessing they will kill the t-mo name, then when your contract is up they will prob raise your rates too.

yes, and they adopted the ATT branding. which was a smart move. its a name that goes back to 1885.

+1. When we bought AT&T, the AT&T name and image was a more recognizable brand on a national and global perspective so that is why SBC became AT&T. It was marketing 101.

AT&T Deal May Face 'Steep Climb' at FCC

apparently not a done deal.

...Congress, the DOJ, the FCC, as well as wireless consumers will have questions about the transaction...
