Motorcyclist Killed After Colliding With Car - Circleville

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A Circleville man was killed late Friday when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car.

The crash occurred at 11:27 p.m. along U.S. Route 22 the Ringgold Southern Road intersection in Washington Township, according to the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office.

Michael D. Forrest, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car, Katie M. Willis, 20, was transported to Berger Hospital.

The extent of her injuries was not released.

Investigators were working to determine the cause of the crash.

Deputies did not say whether Forrest was wearing a helmet.

There was one near Helena also. Injured/unconscious. Hit a pickup from behind when it slowed.

Riding into the sun with limited visibility was possibly a factor.
