Need Sturgis Info For My Parents

Ok my parents have next week off for vacation. My mom said she wants to go to the black hills and see Mt Rushmore and is set on the idea. The problem is next week is Stugis, and my parents are not bikers. My question is how bad is this going to suck for them? They are going to stay in Rapid City.

It will be busy and hotels will be high if they can get one

They have a hotel in rapid city reserved already..yea it was steep

well it's going to be crowded

Tell them to make sure they go to badlands, devil's tower, bear butte & custer state park (if they want to see the buffalo)

If they avoid Sturgis it won't be too bad but they might get stuck in some traffic jams and don't plan on getting any where fast.

Thanks for the info...ill tell them..they are staying in that area Sunday night to weds...then headed to northern Colorado to visit my aunt then head home
