bowdog Posted August 31, 2011 Report Share Posted August 31, 2011 mine went UP!! i live in Reynoldsburg bought the house 3 years ago as a hud reworked the whole house and just refinanced with Chase bank last year and had an appraisal done at that time. Makes a big difference in the mortgage payment, for sure. And Franklin County is giving us a refund on overpayment going back to 2009. I live in a neighborhood like SWing'R - Dominion condos. The builder said as soon as the home is built it will gain 25k in value. Right when I built the market crashed and it dropped 25-30k.
