mrbret
Does anyone know where I can get my headlight ground down or buffed etc to remove some scratches (no cracks)? The glass does not have a pattern on that would get messed up, it's just clear curved glass from a 2003 Kawasaki Z1000.Rough idea of price would be a bonus to. shittygsxr
if its a plastic lens either toothpaste or 3m swirl remover and a rag. toothpaste has a very mild abrasive and works pretty well, alot of people use it on the plastic on their gauges
rockybalboa
Your headlight has deep scratches. It will need to be sanded smooth In progressive steps before it can be polished.Course sand paper is the first step, followed by progressively finer grit paper untill the light has a smooth surface that has fine enough scratches that can be polished out with a high speed buffer.
