Did you know that scotch tape also lets off xrays when you remove it from the roll? Do it fast enough and yes you can create an xray image.

You would get the same trasparency image if the glass was wet? You're simply defeating the random refraction of light as it hits the rough surface by applying a transparent layer that fills in the rough surface and leaves you with a refraction-friendly flat surface layer.

Top tip: Put the frosted side on the INSIDE of the bathroom window...
