I think the old dude is off his rocker but for a resto it is in F'in Awesome shape. Little to no rust, maybe some surface rust from where he had some sort of cover on it. I got a lead on one that has a painted frame and he says restored body. Their are many versions of what someone would call excellant when it comes to body conditions.
