Cheech Posted May 1, 2013 Report Share Posted May 1, 2013 He would have civil immunity too, if he invoked it and it was accepted.I suspect he will make a full self defense claim in the criminal trial, then invoke SYG against any civil trial.Assuming he gets acquitted in the criminal trial, but I suppose if he was found guilty then SYG wouldn't apply anyway. However, if he was acquitted in criminal phase, then he would have that much more evidence for his SYG hearing in the civil phase. I think I see the logic behind this.
