econo enduro rebuild project

My dads friend gave him a 84 Suzuki DR100, which my dad had no interest in so he gave it to me. Im thinking about fixing it up and possibly try to street legalize it. The zx7 is almost finished and wanted another project so heres my new project. Gonna try to do as cheap as possible similar to the econo bike build contest without the trophys.

The motor isnt locked up but the gas tank and fuel lines are gone so im gonna have to find new ones in order to test that its still good, carb looks pretty gummed up, and needs misc things here and there. Getting a title will probably be the hardest part in street legalizing it, but if its to much trouble i wont bother. I also hear that a dr125 and dr200 motor will bolt right in so if i find one locally for the right price id throw it in.

PS- I understand 100cc isnt efficient for highway speeds, it is more of a scooter type use.
