jonan Posted March 20, 2008 Report Share Posted March 20, 2008 hello all,ive been riding on the road for a year or so, off road since i was six.my quad is an 86 lt250r out at my gmas farm 80acres to play on!my on road bikes are 98gsxr600 and i recently picked up 3 - 83 VT750s.got them off of a guy that has restored them as a hobby for yearsone is about 85-90% completed, powder coated frame, new factory paint and badges. needs pipes put on, wire up the head light, needs seats and tank installed and few little things then its on the road! it'll look great when its done, this guy put some serious hours in this onethe second he was using as a parts bike. this one has a salvage title. is it possible to get rebuilt title? is there some where i can take it to get the frame checked out?the third is just a bare frame.each frame has a motor. only have one set of pipes. oh and i have a truck bed full of parts. so once i get the first one completed i'll be doing an inventory of parts. hopefully i will be able to build another one. but if anyone needs anything let me know and when i get back home from DC (doing a coop) in a month or two i'll see what i have. i'll check back here everyonce in a while and i will update this thread once i get home and get the first one done. also will probably consider selling my gsxr once the shadow(s) done.
