SWing'R
I miss some of the older bikes. You could put the feet on the rear pegs and lie down on the tank and ride with one hand. Comfy...I can do that with mine! It's quite comfortable. I do it when I'm on long highway stretches without much traffic, cause you don't wanna have your feet back on the rears if you have do something quickly. cOoTeR
I think you might be right, she was either texting or it was a mirror. You can see what appears to be a small object(phone maybe) fly across the road @14sec Lol that's always the first thing to do with an accident victim, pick em up by the arm pits and make them walk. She should have been left on her back in the street until paramedics got there.

You've got to at least assess the injuries before moving the person. But just assuming it appeared to be in a foreign country. They guy probably would have been ok to amputate her leg with a pocket knife and not have to worry about being sued.
Scruit
No way in hell and I moving someone who's been through that unless they are in a position where they will die from some other more pressing factor (fire, drowning etc). F everyone else, they can be late for work. One of my brothers was hit by a car many years ago and launched about 20'. I went to where he landed and made him stay down. Even at 14 years old I knew to keep him immobile until the paramedics arrived. I recruited bystanders to call 999 (UK) and others block the road but keep a path open for the EMTs. I had to physically hold my brother down because he wanted to get up. He was bleeding a lot from the mouth and I worried it was internal injuries, but turned out to be just a badly bitten tongue/cheek.You can't just grab someone who has been through that level of trauma and drag them off the road.
