I miss some of the older bikes. You could put the feet on the rear pegs and lie down on the tank and ride with one hand. Comfy...

I can do that with mine! It's quite comfortable. I do it when I'm on long highway stretches without much traffic,

cause you don't wanna have your feet back on the rears if you have do something quickly.

I think you might be right, she was either texting or it was a mirror. You can see what appears to be a small object(phone maybe) fly across the road @14sec

Lol that's always the first thing to do with an accident victim, pick em up by the arm pits and make them walk.

I know right. She should have been left on her back in the street until paramedics got there. :nono:

You've got to at least assess the injuries before moving the person. But just assuming it appeared to be in a foreign country. They guy probably would have been ok to amputate her leg with a pocket knife and not have to worry about being sued.

No way in hell and I moving someone who's been through that unless they are in a position where they will die from some other more pressing factor (fire, drowning etc). F everyone else, they can be late for work.

One of my brothers was hit by a car many years ago and launched about 20'. I went to where he landed and made him stay down. Even at 14 years old I knew to keep him immobile until the paramedics arrived. I recruited bystanders to call 999 (UK) and others block the road but keep a path open for the EMTs. I had to physically hold my brother down because he wanted to get up. He was bleeding a lot from the mouth and I worried it was internal injuries, but turned out to be just a badly bitten tongue/cheek.

You can't just grab someone who has been through that level of trauma and drag them off the road. :nono:
