Hoblick
Yes and no lol.Her bike started smoking, so it needs rings. The motor in the one i picked up is perfect, so im swapping all the aftermarket parts to it.Ill be doing a bbr big bore kit on the one that needs rings. Ill tun it in the f2 class.. I think thats what it is.

TSB67
Somebody needs to start a thread with all the rules, typical mods and potential participants for this class. My interest is piqued.I did the mini roadracing thing with an XR50 and did not have fun, but if these things are big enough to be rideable... twowheelsnake
Who needs a thread when there's a dedicated site?!http://www.ohiominiroadracingleague.com/home/race-classes/stock-xr100Hmmmmmm I'm interested. Doesn't mention anything about safety wiring, wonder if that's an expected thing even if its not mentioned.
Helmutt
Meh, no more time/money it takes to wire it up, its probably not a bad idea to do anyway. I wouldnt worry about the calipers but doing the filter/drain/fillcap wouldnt hurt

Hoblick
You have to safety wire the following..Header boltsExhaust mounting boltsOil drain plugOil filler capAxel bolts/nutsYou also have to have a catch can for the carb drain and vent hosesThe crank case vent needs to go to the catch can as well if youre not using the stock crank case vent hose that goes to the intake tube

redkow97
Post pics of your solution. I am curious what this setup will look like.Based on Ryan's post on the OMRL board and the responses he got, I think it would probably be easiest to just get a pic of prepped bike and copy that solution. An XR100 will be my first purchase after my track bike sells. My only question/concern is how long tires last.I'm hoping I can get a full season in on 2 rears and 1 front, but I have no clue if that's realistic or not...A set of BT45's runs about $200 ($115/$85) so it's not like more frequent replacement would be THAT much of a hit (compared to the big bikes), but it would be killer to do a full season on $320 of tire.
