This is the exact size i want, but id like a v nose and a short top. I want it strictly for long hauls and want as little wind drag a possible.

The lower height is definitely significant, but I have my doubts about a V-nose actually improving mileage much at all. It gives you a bit more interior space, but a truck-cap on the bed of the tow vehicle (not necessary if you're towing with a van or SUV) probably helps more than a V-nose trailer.

in my experience it does help. My truck picked up almost 1.5mpg going from my flat front 6x12 to my dads v nose 6x12. Not to mention between the two trips I had another bike in the bed of the truck and another person in the truck

towing with a Tahoe, yea i want the V more for the space finding a 5ft interior hight will be the tricky part. And i know the height is huge i could really feel my 7x16 when i got on the freeway like a sail, 55-60mph i could get 13-15 mpg, 65-75 mph it dropped to 8-10..LOL

A bike in the bed might actually help kick some air up over the trailer...

with all other things equal, I guess I'd believe 1.5mpg difference. Wouldn't be a deal-breaker though... You're talking an extra 30 miles or so on each tank. if it were 4 or 5 mpg, I'd worry more.

i figured it would be more of a hindrance with the bike in the bed since I normally have the the cover oe
