Refurbed items have to pass every quality inspection test which is more than the "new" ones which get the core inspections but may miss the random inspections.I've bought several refurbed items from Dell, Apple and Canon and they have all been flawless. I bet when the iPad 3 comes out in March, you'll find iPad 2s all over the place. I hear the screen will be bigger and Siri will have better tits. Refurbed ipad 3's on apple.com were really good deals...some are still out there.
