Mary#17 Posted January 14, 2013 Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 Might be going to Florida in March. Any roads or scenic routes worth riding in the Orlando or Tampa areas? Found a place that rents Triumphs that looks interesting. A couple of years ago we rented some Harleys and cruised around Clearwater/St. Pete but it was boring and tons of traffic. I know Florida is even less curvy than Northeast Ohio so I'm not necessarily looking for twisties but I would like some scenery or maybe some destinations with hopefully low traffic? Thanks. wantahertzdonut Posted January 14, 2013 Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 I spent some time riding in and around Cape Coral and found if you're not near the water, it's pretty dull. Same for the Jacksonville area. Not sure if there's anything better in between.Drivers aren't much better than they are here either.
