What's your height and weight?5' 10.5".I fluctuate between 165 and 180.My inseam is 30".But I can't have the suit pressing hard on my kneecaps. I have bad knees.That is why I need to try one on. I would say last years fits pretty true to size, but this years fit VERY odd for me.. That is why I took it back..I'm 6 foot 175 and the 44/54 was SUPER short.. The knees were way to high so when I was in the race position I had to push the slider down my knee so it would bend. Never had any issues like that with any other suit. I loved the suit, but returned it and bought the cortech. My dads last year suit is a 46/56 and it was baggy on me but fit like a normal 46/56 would fit.
