RidersDiscount
One of the most talked about additions to the MotoGP paddock for 2013 is the young Spaniard, Marc Marquez. RVTPilot
If you wear this, will you suddenly be compelled to take guys out in practice? It is a snazzy lid, though!
RidersDiscount
No but it does make it easier to drag your elbow.

RidersDiscount
Marquez's ant mascot isn't only found in the cartoon style character on the back of the helmet - a more stylized take on the ant motif is found covering the top of the lid as well. RidersDiscount
20-year-old Spaniard Marc Marquez may not be old enough to legally drink in the US, but that didn’t stop him from taking a couple swigs of champagne as he stood atop the podium in Texas a few weeks ago. He had just finished making history as the youngest rider ever to win a MotoGP race and, as of this post, he has yet to be off of the podium in any of his three MotoGP starts. There’s no question that the kid is something special, and his replica graphic for the Shoei X-12 has been popular since its release earlier this year.Be sure to get in touch with Nathan at 866.931.6644 ext. 809 if you’re interested in one for yourself, and we’ll get one sent your way! RidersDiscount
It may be early in his MotoGP career, but rookie Marc Marquez is already being lauded as the next big thing in premier class. The last Grand Prix at Laguna Seca just added more fuel to that fire when he not only won, but did so during his first outing at the notoriously difficult track. It wasn’t just his overall performance during the race that caused excitement however, it was also his off-road overtake of Valentino Rossi in the corkscrew that had everyone talking. The pass was reminiscent of Rossi’s own move during his battle with Casey Stoner in 2008, and furthered the comparisons already being made between Marquez and Rossi. During the press conference after the race, Rossi compared the young Spaniard’s debut season performance to his own from 2000 by saying, “I did a lot of mistakes and crashed in the first two races, and maybe for that reason I lost the championship. So it is like Marc is me, but upgraded - the new model!” Pretty high praise coming from a man that has won 9 world championships and is currently referred to by many as the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time). Whether you’re a Marquez fan, a Rossi fan, or a fan of any other rider that has a replica helmet on the market, Riders Discount has you covered. Just get in touch with Nathan at 866.931.6644 ext. 809 - let him know which one you’re interested in and he’ll be happy to help! RidersDiscount
The best riders in the world take to the track in Valencia this weekend for the final round of the 2013 MotoGP season. Making this finale more interesting is the fact that it is the first time that the title will be decided in the last race of the season since 2006. This years world championship dual comes down to the 13-point gap between the rookie Marc Marquez and reigning champion Jorge Lorenzo. Will Lorenzo defend his crown, or will Marquez become the first rookie since the legendary Kenny Roberts to clinch a premier-class championship in his first year? Helmets shown are the Shoei X-12 Marquez (top) and the HJC RPHA-10 Lorenzo Graffiti (bottom).
