GuardRail-Mike
Hey question,Will be putting frame sliders on my '13 Yamaha R6 and the direction say to tighten the bolts to the specified OEM torque in the manual. I have looked over the manual 2 to 3 times now and do not see it list the required torque for the engine bolts..... If anyone has an '12 model or any knowledge on this i would be grateful if you would share !

imprez55
33.19029667662978 ft/lbI know exactly how that feels when I tighten with my 3/8" ratchet. No need for a torque wrench when you've done it before

JackFlash
I'm guessing the bolts are between 3/8" and 1/2", according to this chart you may find useful. How many newton meters in 1 foot pounds? The answer is 1.35581794833.1 newton meters equals 0.737562149277 foot pounds.http://www.raskcycle.com/techtip/webdoc14.html.
