I sold the buell so I could full motard. My KTM can go 186mph easily... well, my civilian Starlane GPS lap timer says 112, but my speedo is dead accurate and it said 186. Just look at it, it says 186 right now, as I sit here at my computer, typing this. Anyways, I dust 2008 CBR1KRR's all fucking day cause this article I read about a CBR250R (it's the same fucking thing, or I think the 1KRR's are based off of them... ah, hell, it's all CBR, am i right?!!1!1!) said they only go 93mph. especially when black dudes named tod with asian fro's and small asian hands try to be frontin'.

For about the past year I have been training to get my instrument rating on my pilots license. Basically what that means is that I can fly with out being able to see whats around me. The best way to describe this to non pilots is to have you speed down a Texas freeway, blind folded with someone on a walkee talkie telling you where the other cars are around you, the only way to navigate the high ways is by an instrument that picks up radio signals. Today was my check ride. I had to do ground with an FAA examiner for roughly 2 hours. I had to sit there one on one while they questioned me on my knowledge of the aircraft, weather, navigation aides, and any other thing they could think of. Once that was over with I got to go up in the airplane and prove to them that I could fly to the governments standards.Since it was super nice out they get to simulate the no visibility situation that I would in theory be using these skills for is to have me wear what look like plastic sunglasses so that I can't see anything out side of the cockpit of the plane. I found out a week ago that today was my check ride, ever since then I felt like I was going to have an ulcer, on top of that the past 48 hours I was nauseous. Between the examiner having to leave for a period, computer glitches, and a lunch break it probably took 8 hours to get this thing done. When they told me I passed I about cried. I have been so stressed out about this that I haven't been able to sleep and my back would pop every time I took a deep breath.

This is what I like to see, a man not afraid to back up his convictions. You all are lacking the balls to show others just how much you know like this guy does. We're not worthy and I expect to hear all about you guys seeing nothing but tail lights after he schools you all.

And I think I'm really on to something profound here: You can't hate boobs if you're happy. Think to your own personal aquiaintences. Male or female. I read this ENTIRE thread and all I could think of was how I feel my Hayabusa lacking in power -- 67hp just isn't enough for me. Wait, that's wrong, that's what the SV650 puts out, which is basically the bike that spawned the Hayabusa, so my bike might only have 97-98hp. I don't know I've never dynoed it. But, I want to ask you guys, if I'm deciding between a SRAD GSXR 750, or a BMW S1000RR. Please, further convince me. I need to perfect bike to challenge all comers when I head out to all the bike nights. It needs to look the fastest and rev the loudest.

Just because you aren't up to the challenge of all things in life you don't have to act like a snarky fucktard. For one thing you ride a want to be Harley that everyone knows is slow and the KTM while it may handle well is no match for a GSXR. You should go sit in the corner while the big boys are playing.

i already said i read that paragraph - did you not read the summary of the article at the bottom? apparently its not lacking enough power if they still rate it as the best stock bike in the world, even despite their comments about mid and low range power you said it lacks in performance - them saying it lacks in mid-low range power compared to a honda does NOT equal the bike lacking in overall performance, or in engine power. they say its noticeably more powerful than the competitors, and it performs better than the other bikes in other categories as well. their overall thoughts after going through all aspects of the bike were that no other bike compares to it how can you possibly say that the one sentence in that article mentioning its powerband compared to a honda means that the bike "lacks performance" when even the authors of the article say at the end that its the top performer? even mentioning the engine in the summary. you jumped into this thread saying it performs poorly based on an article you accidentally read about the wrong bike - now you realized you were wrong and you cant just admit that you were wrong so youre still trying to argue that the bike lacks in performance, despite everything saying otherwise....its winning in races, its winning at the strip, its receiving top ratings from professionals and comparative studies aswell.... there is not one article or review or anything that points to this bike "lacking in performance"...it handles well, it brakes well, it is faster than the competition....what is "lacking"? mid-low range power? who cares dude - apparently it makes up for it in top end because its still faster and quicker than its competition. man up and admit you were wrong instead of continuing to down the bike based on an article about a completely different bike.

Just finished up the turbo setup, hoping to get it tuned in a few weeks at dyno tune motorsports. Do we have troops on the ground? Besides the ones that crashed their f-15 that is... I haven't been paying attention to this one since I have shit to do. But from what I've heard we are dropping bombs and firing cruise missiles... I don't consider dropping bombs and 112 cruise missiles the same thing as moving over tens of thousands of troops... But that's just me. I'm perfectly fine with them blowing shit up as long as it's other people getting blown up. I just don't like the whole part where we get shot/blown up Plus from what I heard thrown out today we have spent a few hundred million so far on the bombs and all. Do people forget how man Billions we spent in Iraq and Afghanistan? That's pocket change in comparison.
