I thought you were and engineer? Overthining it as usual, just fly upside down 2" off the ground. Congrats on the house. I do agree with JBOT home ownership is a huge pain in the ass. If I were to do it all over again I would buy a house with its own mexican.
I will agree that the protesters that cross the line into violence are acting like savages and must be dealt with. I will never agree that all of these people are evil. The world is full of peaceful Muslims, they just don't get any press. I agree that they should protest a movie that mocks and defames the prophet of their religion, but protest does not, and never should, equate to bloodshed and burning buildings. This is not trolling, its how I feel about the situation.

heard about the site 3 years ago from bentley
Nice spread. Kitchen appears dated but still very usable. Pool can get a liner installed to seal it back up, my father had his inground redone down in Florida and it worked like a champ for years and years, least expensive way to go from what I remember him telling me but I dont know much about it. Get a big 4x4 quad to drag a 60" mower deck, plow the drive, tug downed trees out of the way, and to play on. Once you get a 2-1/2 acre MX track built, you wont need a big mower:D
Man I heard this, bought in a subdivision, FML, and owe 1:1 right now, well maybe 80% LTV really at this point, but I need me some land. We want 5-10 and a polebarn, if barn isn't there yet, must have h20 hookup and electrical on site to add said barn before moving in. Just need to sell this place in the process.
why didn't you buy a house with more land? i need a place to shoot at... err nevermind haha jaaaaaay kaaaaaaaaaaaay, congrats. home ownership is over rated.
