I can't see! Whatever is behind me is invisible to my fairing mounted rear view mirrors. I can see the lane next to me but that is all. It's kinda scary not knowing how fast the car or truck is approaching from behind at a light. Or if they are going to stop. Escaping in the nick of time once before by running the light before getting run over it's now something I look for. On the highway a semi truck could be behind me and I would have no clue it was there. Or worse yet it could be the choppers chasing me down over the change ($1.85) I found on 270! I can't be the only person with fairing mounted mirrors that has had this trouble. Any advice or ideas from the OR peeps on this one?

Did you look in direction of home depot?

People give Magz a hard time, but unless you have actually met him (I have) you have no idea what he is really like. He is the one that introduced me to OR after I met him through a mutual friend at a party here in Marysville. He is actually a good guy...even if I don't agree with a lot of his political rantings and gun control arguments lol.

He was the little Mexican with a big mouth j/k You left before he had us gather round. I didn't meet him either just saw him.

Thanks for all the love and support gang. I am just preparing for the worst, hoping for the best. Hellmutt, I am thankfully not out the cost of school, so that is a plus. Regardless, my efforts right now (until I know more) is to work as hard as I can to get school in at some point this year, and be ready to race from Round 1 next season. Anything beyond that is gravy and a blessing. Not downhearted though. Life happens and you live it as it comes. Plus I will be a hobbling pit bitch and live vicariously through my bros.

Those particular Marines? No. They are not armed. For lack of a better word, and being a former Marine myself... no disrespect is meant...those particular Marines are ornamental. Now, the Secret Service that's surrounding everything...that you don't see in the pictures, yes, they are armed. Heavily. I have a good friend that is a SS agent, he told me about working the parade after the president was elected. If you watched it, all SS agents wore the same black trench coats. Underneath those coats were mini 14s slung over their backs, and each agent carried three spare mags.
