I get what your saying, and I have a concealed carry license for a reason, so I can conceal it. But, open carry is legal in Ohio. Weather you me or Barney Fife likes it of not. Last year I went riding with a friend and was over in his neighborhood (Groveport). We had just ended our ride and were coming back through his development and my gun was sticking out of my jacket. Next thing you know Groveport PD is 4 cars deep in the area looking for a man on a motorcycle with a gun. I was already stopped and off the bike when we noticed them. One of the responding officers came toward us and stopped about 20 ft away from my buddies driveway (barricade position). Hand on his gun he asks me to come toward him. Not trying to fuel the fire I complied, but once he asked me for ID I did ask what I did wrong and informed him I was a Concealed Carry holder and was a former officer. Once I showed him my creds he ran me and went on his way. This goes to your point of unwanted attention, but it also goes to what he did was legal and if he's willing to deal with the situations that arise then that is on him or anyone else. Sometimes you have to exercise your rights. If you don't the government may feel their not that big of a deal to you. All of the sudden they may be gone, then what? Just because I don't OC I AM FOR HAVING THE RIGHT TO DO SO!!! And to those who don't like it, change the channel.

Last week I purchased a set of conti-motions from Iron pony. My third set of these. I've always been happy with them. This set not so much. I had them mounted and balanced initially by dustin34xx(i dont remember his numbers). I had a shake from 30-60 mph. I pulled them, and since he was back in TN, I had another friend of mine throw them on his balancer and check the balancing. Everything was fine. Dustins work was good, as it always is. I checked my head bearings, swing arm bushings, and anything else that may have some play thats not supposed to. So I called Iron Pony and spoke to a fellow named Jeff in parts. He was very helpful. I explained to him about going to deals gap on thursday, and I needed a to exchange my front tire, due to this shake. He agreed to do so. AWESOME! I decided to do some google research and discovered I'm not the only one, who has had similar shake issues. I conversed with granda080, issacspappa, and hoblick yesterday on the situation. I decided to buy a new set of tires all together. I don't have time to get a second bum tire..... I went to hoblicks at 10am, this morning and found him working away in the garage. He dismounted the conti-motions and off to Iron Pony I went. I met with a Derek at I.P and explained to him my situation and what I had researched and posed the proposition of allowing to return the front and rear tire, and give me store credit toward another set of tires. I told him I wanted the Pirelli Angel STs. He checked the computer and didn't have the rear, but he had both in the new GT. He agreed to make the swap for me. I paid the difference of the two sets of tires( 180$) grabbed my tires and my free T shirt, off to Hoblicks I go! I returned to Hoblicks, and he mounted and balanced the new tires. I paid him and off I went. I came home mounted them up and took off to run some errands. No shake, no wobble, nothing. Just a nice smooth ride. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Hoblick, and Iron Pony for going above and beyond. I will rest easy knowing I have a solid set of tires now. Sorry for the long winded post, but its rare to find good customer service these days, and You guys made my week. HUGE PROPS!

Thanks to whoever posted this that didn't have the balls to identify himself. I posted reasonable prices that at the time were less, in some cases far less, than what was available at pretty much any store. I am not responsible for inducing/continuing any sort of panic. I just posted prices at less-than-market value. I got some PM's that were not just low-ball offers but, frankly, insulting. I was also negotiable to an extent, but not the low-ball price that was offered. To whoever you are that cannot assume responsibility, I'm glad I didn't sell to you, because with attitudes like that, I probably wouldn't trust you with a firearm anyway. Oh, not that I am going to lose any sleep over negative rep, but to whoever left the above comment, go fuck yourself.

Not blaming, but the main reason behind his actions. I was in Iraq during the same time, and that 15 months felt like a lifetime. There's somewhat of a saying that, a soldier may leave war, but war never leaves the soldier. In all accounts, that's 100% true. For some, it wasn't and isn't easy to just "turn it off" once you return to the world. By saying this, I'm not excusing any of his actions, but I know where he's coming from.
