  1. I like craft beer more than I like craft beer drinkers Not all of them, but the one's that want to discuss every little detail are pretty annoying. It's beer. Shut up, drink. repeat.

  2. Enough about Todd's dick-holding. Adam took the double-win in novice XR100 and turned times that would have looked at home on the Expert result sheet. Not a bad day!

  3. My name is Brandon. I live in Columbus, OH and heard about this place from a local on G8board. I drive a 2008 G8 GT with a handful of your standard bolt-ons. http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l263/fukaol13/IMAG0183_zpsd7090261.jpg

  4. Just stay out! We really should learn something from history, especially recent history...it's a hell of a lot easier getting in than getting out,and we usually leave it worse than we found it.

  6. At least Quaker bike nights don't exclude riders (so I am told) because of the type of bike they ride. Even Harley sponsored poker runs will let riders on all types of bikes "join in on the fun".

  8. So police should just shoot to incapacitate huh? My feelings on the matter are.....empty the damn magazine in them. Police are not known for their overall marksmanship and accuracy, then add in a very stressful situation and things get worse. Police do seem to have to get hurt before using what many deem as excessive force, but easy for us to judge when we are not soldiers or in law enforcement. If somebody comes at me to do me harm or enters my home uninvited to do who knows what, you can be assured that I will be firing more than one round into them. Adrenaline is a crazy thing, and I fully believe in some situations we just blackout and are in survival mode.

  9. My Dad drank bottled Blatz while I was growing up. So around age 6 or more when I was sent to the fridge to fetch him one, I'd always snooker a swig or 2 if I could twist the cap off before I handed it to him. Just one of our cool little father/son moments back then. Got old enough to actually drink and tried to wrap my head around how he stomached that slop for years, nasty imo. I tried domestics, Coors was an early favorite until I opened my palette and began craft sampling. There's not many a beer I wont drink other than Guinness, that is some heavy knife and fork brew - I dont dig it at all, although I've heard it's vastly different overseas from the tap. Bud and Natural are equally crappy to me, but I could see where guys on a budget, or those who slam a dozen a day, would favor it. Everyone is different, and have varying tastes/preferences.....but if you shun away from craft sampling, you are truly missing out fellas. Do yourself a favor and at least try other brews, there are thousands of recipes out there that better represent the true heritage of beer.

  10. Quantity = Bud Light or Coors (not light) Quality = Guinness Craft beer drinkers are too close to wine snobs. Not for me.

  13. You're probably right, and where does that leave us...we desperately need to get rid of the two party system. They are just two sides of the same coin.

  14. Removing Saddam was not necessarally a terrible thing. Eliminating the Baathist (sp?) party was a very poor decisions and left the country without a way to effectively maintain control. Eliminating the army just left a bunch of Iraqis anrgy, without work, and with weapons... If the process of effective nation building had actually been executed Iraq may have turned into a functioning country. Unlikely, but maybe. ISIS is a nasty group of militants that have learned exactly how to use terror, crime, and intimidation to force all around them to join them or die. I agree that they need to be eliminated, but I don't think US troops need to be on the ground again (Other than SOCOM and black). This group is not under the Geneva convention, or any other real set of rules. If we are going to remove this group, we need to do it the right way: Low yeild tactical nuclear weapons. They have done us a favor by removing anyone not friendly to their cause from anywhere they are, so we don't even have to worry about RoE and collateral damage. Liquify 30,000 terrorists and their supporters, specfically targeting a major CnC region, and you eliminate a major leadership resource. A juicy secondary target would be logistics and supply locations. The key thing is no hesitation. We go all in: no warnings and no pussyfooting around. We send a message that we (The US) is done tolerating this, the gloves are off, and we will kill you and everyone around you. At the same time we coordinate strikes from Kurdish and Iraqi forces to swing in after the detonation and eliminate any survivors with no quarter. Should get most of them, and the rest should scatter or be significatly weakened. Militant and muslim groups might hate us more for it, but who cares? We will have eliminated a threat in a quick and effective manner with minimal friendly casualties, all while broadcasting a nice deterrance message. We also will have regained control of the oil regions, which is always economically beneficial. Our allies will bitch and moan about the use of nuclear arms, but that is all they will do. No nation really has the balls to attack anyone else anymore over something that isn't directly threatening them. So let's go wave our dick around again, but without getting troops killed/wounded this time. Oh yea, some infrastructure and policital building needs to happen afterwords, which we should monitor, but if we do it all for them, it all will fall apart as soon as we turn control over...
