I have a 13 year old male Toyger we got him when he was 6 weeks old. He is house trained and rings a bell when he wants out and has never gone in the house No litter box in the house. We have all leather furniture he has never scratched any of it up. He sharpens his claws on and old motorcycle tire I have mounted in my man cave When I had my motorcycle accident in 2010 and broke both my hips and was trapped in a chair for 3 months he brought me a mouse, bird, rabbit or snake everyday so I would have something to eat. the wife really loved that LOL He comes whenever he is called and listens better than most dogs Right now he is sitting on the floor about 2 feet from me one of the best and smartest pets I have ever had. When the grandkids are over they can pull his tail and ears and carry him around and he loves it. Also when my wife goes for walks the cat will go with her and stay by her side for the whole walk And yes we spoil the hell out of him. There is a door bell button mounted about 8 inches off of the floor outside that he rings when he wants back in. He is also very territorial and a good fighter so we do not have a stray cat problem.4 points

I've no clue what their payscale is at the MSS warehouses, but apparently there's a monthly bonus paid out to their workforce. I hear it's upwards of 1600 DontGivaFuckWhenYouNeedits2 points

I've been talking about doing it for some time and figured I'd get it done over the winter, but I'm a procrastinator. Stock bike came black with Orange rims/seats. Last year I replaced the seats with a black/white Corbin combo. Really liked the black/white/silver theme, so only thing left to do was fix the rims. Just finished the powder coat and install. Went semi-gloss black. Had to replace the bearings as well, which proved to be a chore, but I like the new look. The new chain is so nice to look at also. Also went with 90° Valve stems which should make me happy trying to get pressures and filling. Before: After:1 point

That is great stuff Eric, but keep in mine that pretty much all of OR has the attention span of a West African gnat. Videos longer than 30 seconds are too much for us.1 point

Been trying to figure out who's actually voting for Hillary. Now I understand. FB group, "I will vote for Hillary in 2016" comments explain it all. My god 1 touching comment, from a young person living in a possibly rough area, stating Hillary will help stop all the gun problems. I understand their POV but they're sadly misled.1 point

I always used Nevr-Dull made by Eagle One on all my chrome when I had a cruiser. All you need is a little piece and I could do all my pipes. It comes in a can and you pull off a piece like cotton swabs. It cleans out corrosion and stuck on road grime. You can use it on any metal. I also used it on a set of polished aluminum rims to keep them shiny.1 point

Sweet -- another triple threat to the pack! Get crackin' on it pistachio! The rain may have stopped just before we got home as well last year. Always the case. Kind of like looking for something and it's ALWAYS in the last place you look1 point

Mostly what is stated already in this thread by others is important, but what helped me the most was seat time and many rides with an experienced rider who was willing to critique my riding style at every stop. What I realized was by the end of the ride I found my corner entry and exits were much smoother and I felt more comfortable on my bike. Remember, every bike rides differently, so you need to feel as comfortable with your bike and riding position as possible. Don't ever push the envelope and always ride your own ride!1 point

That's the wrong url. Notice it doesn't end in a file extension. That's the url to share the image, not embed it. I'll see if there's something I can do to auto embed it though.1 point

Wife and I probably should've cancelled on the spring epic ride last year. We live 30 minutes north of I-70 and barely 30 minutes east of Indiana, so we had over a 2.5 hour ride home in the sub 50 degrees pouring rain, and without rain gear. We bought FrogTogs before our gap trip last summer, so lesson obviously learned. You made the right call skipping, the ride was fine until halfway through the ride route, from then on it was soak city.1 point
