  1. I bought some spare parts for it - a compete donorcycle. I thought I had done a lot of performance upgrades to my Bandit until I saw this one. Keep an eye on this thread for more of me bragging as I transfer parts to mine. When I find parts that aren't model specific, I'll post them for sale here.

  2. Then come visit us in Marietta during the week of Aug 23-29. Most bikes show up for Fri, Sat, Sun. But the weekdays leading up to it are pretty cool. We go to the downtown restaurants those evenings. www.flybyweek.com A couple years ago, someone on here said about the Marietta event, that they could ride those roads anytime. That's true, but you don't have to register to just stop by. How often do you get to meet with riders in a parking lot filled with about 150 bikes, all brands, everything from dual sports, ADV, sports bikes, sports touring, oh yeah, and there's even a few of those big things... Goldwings - I think they call them. And then there's the crazy guys on the GS things...

  4. I left the house at 7am and headed west toward 21S/585/83 and met a friend near New Concord. We then proceeded to roll across 40/265/146/800/148/26/145/556/78/536/260 back to Caldwell where we went our separate ways home. I finished my day tooling around 78/379/265 when I finally hopped on 77N and droned home on autopilot. I put in 366 miles according to my odometer. So, probably closer to 340. Great day. Little chilly at first, but heated gear makes this weather just about perfect for day jaunts to hotdog land.

  5. 83 just south of New Concord may be closed. I rode through there last week and they had the signs blocking the road and equipment offloaded. Not sure what they had planned or if it is finished. Just a heads up. Maybe @Killer_kaw can expound for us?

  6. Looks like fun! I'm ended up planning to lead a small group down the loop past the muskie. Leaving out of Canton @ 8:30 pace will be more subdued compared to the OR pace. We may pass each other down in the 26 area.
