  2. Hi, I just moved up from Miami, Florida for work. Killjoy suggested I swing by, so here I am! I currently own two performance vehicles. 1) 2004 Mercury Marauder - Trilogy Supercharger with 13.5PSI (Eaton M112), Kooks longtube headers, 4.10's, Eaton Posi, Tuned by Lidio @ Alternative Auto. In a few weeks, I'm upgrading to a forged 5.0 stroker with a 2.3l Lysholm twinscrew with 16PSI and a built transmission - should be even more fun! Here are a couple of shots: http://www.betterchips.com/mm/mmcolor.jpg http://www.betterchips.com/mm/ffw2006winner.jpg 2) 2006 Lincoln Mark LT - Trilogy Supercharger with 9PSI (Eaton M112), Tuned by Lidio @ Alternative Auto, otherwise stock. This vehicle is still back in Florida, but will eventually come up here. http://www.betterchips.com/mm/lt.jpg http://www.betterchips.com/mm/ltblower.jpg I look forward to becoming a part of the local car scene. I was blessed to have a great Marauder club back in Florida (90+ members) and a variety of large, weekly car cruises. I hope to find more great events and people up here! http://www.betterchips.com/mm/ssm07.jpg Best, Rick

  4. yeah, but 5.0's are getting pretty old, and if you don't buy a pristine one, you will be chasing stupid reliability issues and completely worn out parts/body forever. buy a newer one, and strap on a blower and go. 5.0's will nickle and dime the shit out of you. sure, they CAN BE cheap, but they can also be frustrating if you're replacing parts constantly on a 15 year old car.
