  1. Hello, i am new to this site and i heard about it from a very good friend of mine who has been a member for quite some time. (mr x) I'm 19 and i am a sophomore at The Ohio State University. I was interested to join so i can see some of the cars around central ohio and get some information on local events. As of now i own two cars, a 93 camry and a 90 celica gt. The camry is nothing special and super slow but i can rely on it. As for the celica, i am doing a 3sgte engine swap within the next 3-6 months it will be done. Thats all about me i look forward to meeting some of you and being a member of CR. http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af315/spires66/cel3.jpg http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af315/spires66/cel2.jpg http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af315/spires66/cel1.jpg http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af315/spires66/cam3ed-1.jpg http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af315/spires66/cam2ed.jpg http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af315/spires66/cam1ed.jpg

  4. a student credit card is just the same as a regular credit card, except meant for students as in it is easier to get approved for one and they generally only have like $500 credit limits. Ok, i just wanted to warn you that paying the minimum at like 15% would end up costing you a shitload more than $150 or $200 and take you quite a while to pay it off. Credit cards are perfectly fine when used in moderation. I typically get back about $1000 cash back per year from just using my credit cards like normal, for free. But I agree they can be the devil for some people. You will want to have a credit card and show on time payments to build your credit so that you can get better rates on things in the future, such as cars, houses, etc. Just an fyi. good luck, you can also try online at like capital one or citicard as I've heard both of those are VERY lenient when approving credit cards, but I personally do not have a card with either of them.

  7. Wow how random, my parents live in the same neighborhood. Until just recently I lived there myself, I now live on campus while going to school at OSU. I see my parents a couple times a week usually, and I've seen the car in the driveway. Looks good though, always clean and the mesh wheels set it off nice! You'll probably see/hear the white car in my signature around in a week or two. Welcome to CR though, it's an interesting place.
