  1. I think the way mags sees it is alot like the HD theory of motorcycling (Ours is the only real way), and thats ok we accept it from them and we can accept it from mags. nothing wrong with the opinion, but its just that. anyone who wants to be in the wind is ok by me on whatever conveyance they are happy with. having three wheelers in with us only strengthens our support and keeps more riders in the wind. my stance is a bit simpler, its the rider not the ride.. I'd rather ride with someone on a trike or Can-am who is out to ride than someone on a 2-tire who wants to be a D-bag wana be outlaw biker, I don't care about leathers or appearance, its about attitude, and your either the type of person I choose to be around or aren't. I know a guy who bought a can-am, when he looked at it it made him want to ride, so he bought one, he rides more now with our group than he ever did, he makes time to join in, it fit him, he's happy, the rest is just politics.

  3. the gopro doesn't chatter in the housing it picks up chatter noise from the base it clips into. that's what the nose clip looking thing is for. it's for anti-vibe on the clip.

  4. http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/ Here is just one forum that is out there. Do take time and read what the people in the business have to say about it. The good and the bad. Do yourself a huge favor and research your options. I'm not a driver but have been around them and in trucking for damn near 40 years. Starting out new with no experience is going to be very hard. You are going to basically starve. I take it that you don't have a class a cdl yet?? So now your going to have to go to school and pay for that. Some companies have their own schools and will train you. But you are under contract with them for a time and will be their slave till your time is up. Quit early and you could owe them a chunk of change to pay for the training they provided. Some companies will send you to an accredited school with same scenario as above. Otr trucking is a tough job. Especially if you have a family. You no longer put in 8-10 hours and go home to the family. You put in 10,12,14hrs and then sit in a truck stop, rest area or any other place for 10 hours so you can go back to driving. Even when you get the chance to move up to a better company you will be a bottom feeder and not get the better runs and miles. Is there money to be made. Absolutely. I am with an LTL company and our senior drivers are at six digits for the year. Home every day and weekends. But they put in 12-14 hours every work day. The pay does trickle down from there depending on if you city peddle or just work the dock. You are just gonna have to pay some dues first. Like I said. Do some major homework. Go to some truck stops and talk to some drivers. You'll get real life info not what company recruiters will tell you. Not saying they are back alley used car salesman but close. After you get your cdl and some experience then you can start writing your own ticket. Search the web for other forums and start reading what is going on out there. Educate yourself as much as possible so when things aren't so rosy you won't be as surprised. I wish I could be of more help. The best of luck in what ever you decide.

  7. why didn't the NRA bet them that they would have to eat their own underwear if that wasnt the best solution? that said, too bad obama didn't hire me, i would've told advised him to install armed drones inside the schools, with big friendly unicorns and shit painted on it, and then he could finally institutionalize his armed american citizen execution machines while helping protect kids. a political master stroke. that's my idea NSA, you can't steal it!
