Unless that lawsuit comes from the government, that's not a freedom of speech issue. Free speech is not consequence-free speech. You're describing a social problem where people think that a lawsuit is appropriate every time their feelings are hurt.

As long as there are some areas that have more votes cast then there are voters, I think I'll go with voter fraud. Also, any large voting district that claims 100% vote one way or the other. Not too believable.

I've seen this thing used at plenty of OMRL events. I believe it was even towed by a Hyundai Sonata once, so yeah, it's light!

Tire pressures are per tire size and load (weight of bike and rider/s and stuff). Doesn't matter if it's radial or bias. Although one of each is usually a bad idea.

I barely ride street bikes these days but own over a dozen. I photograph many of the OMA events mostly at Beans bike park, Crow Canyon & MX 213. I also have access to Gary Semic's private MX track ( I shoot his instructional video's) and 2 other private MX/SX tracks. If you ride quads the 2 most popular tracks for them that I can think of would be.. Briarcliff- http://www.briarcliffmx.com/ They are holding a Quad national next year. Good point, and that's an extra biggie because they're the same people who would be the first to identify and manage potentially violent mental health issues before they're acted out.
