  1. So I've run into a problem trying to find a suit that fits me. The sizing chart I have been using puts me smack between a 42 and a 44. To the best of my knowledge my measurements are: 6'3" and 150lbs I normally wear either a 32x32 or a 32x34 size pants with a belt I wear 34/35 inch sleeves on my dress shirts and I know my chest falls further to the left on that chart than I would like. My biggest concern with getting a 42 is that the sleeves and legs will be too short but will fit my mid section. I tried on a 44 today and all the pads seemed to hit in the correct places but the suit was just a hair baggy. Is it better to wear a suit just a hair large or one that fits my midsection but leaves the possibility of the sleeves being really short and maybe even exposing skin while on the bike? (I don't figure exposed skin is ever a good idea at the track) Any help is GREATLY appreciated from you track guys.
  2. Thanks again for the help Saturday man! If you ever need auto glass LOL I'm your man.

  3. That sucks.... I unfortunately don't have a T shirt or anything, bt I was up there as well.
  4. Oh wow I didn't think you would honestly sell it. BUMP for a clean bike and a cool guy!
  5. Glad to hear you're alright! I heard three guys went down in that session...
  6. Thanks again Lizard. I can't say enough for helping me out. The bike feels MUCH better. I'll see you guys next time, hopefully
  7. I think this might be like the third time this week that I have referenced my awkward height/weight LOL but im 6'3" and like 150 lbs so needless to say I catch alot of wind. I just kinda lean into it... eventually you will get used to it but just slow down a little to start and you will be A OK
  8. TT? Test and Tune? Kinda.... in low boost I went 12.97 at MCIR (300 Horse) on Falken Ziex street tires. I went 12.03 in low boost on slicks out at trails before getting rained out during Import Faceoff last year. The traps were much higher than the ET but drag racing never was my forte'. The car was sold to a guy that actually drove it back to Texas. Thank God I'll never have to see it again. The day I got it: The last day I drove it almost 4.5 years after first getting it: Thanks for the kind words guys.... It was my baby and I'm proud to say I did all the work myself minus paint and bottom end on the built motor. The fab work was all done in my garage with a couple good friends. I forget what his name is on here but Alan helped out a alot too. I think he made a post of his white 4 door a couple pages back.
  9. My old whip: 375 whp 305 torque breaking up the stock ignition. There was still more room to go on that car.
  10. While I don't have direct experience with motorcycle motors I will say I've been around a lot of high powered cars. From all the builds I've seen and from my own 400 horse build they are broken in hard. I started my car, changed the oil and threw it on the dyno. I DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE PROBLEM IN DOING SO.
  11. My Gix had 25k on it and still ran like a champ. Change the oil and keep up on maintenance and you're golden. Congrats!
  12. You know I was actually looking at those today when I was over there. Let me know what you find out!
  13. Thanks guys, I wanted to try the stand out and see how it looked. I agree it is kind of distracting but I cannot stand pictures of the bike with the gangsta lean all the time. The guy with the camera obviously had to follow me so I just had him throw the stand in the trunk. I'm sure once I get the rest of the parts on I'll head back out without the stand. In regards to the action shots well those will come in good time. I can't wait to get out to the track this year but like I said we were bored yesterday and just wanted to take some still shots. After all I just got the bike bone stock not two weeks ago and it was diiiiiiiiiiiirttyyyyyyy as heck. I don't think she looks half bad cleaned up.
  14. A friend of mine and I got bored this afternoon and decided it was nice enough for a little shoot. All shots were taken pretty well point and shoot with a 40D. I figured if I made a post and threw all these pictures in it more people might recognize me when I'm out riding. I guess this would be a decent n00b post as well since I don't think I had one on here. Hope everyone had a great Easter! Enjoy: 1. 2. 3.
  15. Thanks! I reread my previous statement and it kind of came across extra douchish. Sorry :/ I'll spread the word around for ya. Free bump.
  16. ScubaSteve? Liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike my buddy Steve? Why are you on here? (If this is the wrong Steve please ignore all previous comments and insert 'Hi, welcome to OR!!')
  17. Pansy! j/k but there was a group that rode Hocking and still made it back for the meet!
  18. I'm a little too new to even tryin' put faces with screen names. Great turnout for so early in the season.
  19. Can we please get a ballpark? I have cash in hand for something reasonable but I'm sure the price I have in mind and yours probably aren't the same...
  20. I know the biggest things with the GSXR is that the Bazzaz controls all 8 injectors, whereas the PC3 only controls the primary. I've also heard that the Bazzaz requires a full tune where as the PC3 has basmaps to get you to the tuner essientially. Beyond that I don't know much so I don't want to provide inacurate information.
  21. I'm down to ride and might just swing by for an early ride. Lathough I wanted to get my 520 conversion on that day :/
