did you replace the Stator or the R/R? just curious, mine is "working" but not properly at the moment, still trying to figure out what the source of the problem is.

Hey Nick, if happen to get this crap straightened out you want to ride dayton area saturday or sunday?

Im not sure how old the battery is, I just bought the bike about 4 months ago and the guys said it was new, but who knows. If no one helps me out tomorrow ill hit you up and maybe i can drive out and meet up with you on saturday Nick, you only live like 5-10 minutes from where ill be, I appreciate it! !2oclocker, i might have to do that, it just sucks in columbus it takes me at least 30 minutes of driving to get to the nearest dealer. and its driving that makes me want to kick babies, but in dayton i can go to the dealer fairly easily, so if nothing else ill hit up ninjanick and have the battery tested at the dealer to make for sure it is or is not that. Standing on the left of the bike, at balance backing out of the garage, step on a loose socket(why was it on the ground!?!?) with wet/snowy shoes, Catch yourself from falling using the bike and then the bike falls to the right with nothing you can do about it cuz your off balance and on the left of the bike. was a sad day.

Hey guys, im having some troubles with my charging system on my bike, I dont think its the battery but i want to make sure, I was wandering if anyone near campus that has a known good battery could let me borrow it for about 15 min, just long enough to get my bike fully warm and see if it fixes the problem that im having. I asked the guys at auto zone to test it and they told me that they could not test motorcycle batteries, so i guess this is the next best way. I just dont want to buy a new battery and then end up having two good batteries when i only need one. This is a great thread, I dont even know where to begin...... probably with im in college so this is all from the point of view of a 18-24 year old From my experience, the nice guy does not alway finish last, but he does 9 out of 10 times. My friend is always the overly nice guy, and with every girl he is attracted to he ends up in that friend zone and cant figure out why. texting is something that should only be used in between conversations(in person or on the tele) after you get to know the person. Asking a girl on the first date through a text is like telling them that your insecure and hoping the the rejection will be easier read than heard. But then again i do know a lot of people that only talk through messaging and they hook up with girls all the time .. so what do i know. +1 to ninjanick, 2am anything is a booty call, specially if its to/from an Exgirlfriend, im 100% guilty of that one sadly

as long as your temps are staying low its fine, my bike will burn you if you touch it bare skin, have done it before on my shin when putting the bike away after it sat for about 20 minutes, i changed into shorts and had to lean the bike on my leg for a couple seconds to get by my car and into the garage and it burned like a mofo, left a nice big red mark for about a week.

lol not if you know how to talk to people right, all under warranty, and if it wasn't, i made it be under warranty lol but its still a shit ton of money for the initial purchase. I dont think i can work my way around the one with the stealership though, they are a bunch of rapists

lol i dont know if youve seen my other thread, Ive gone through two r/rs two sators, two main harnesses, two ecus, two BAS, two sets of relays, battery tested out good, stator tested out good, r/r tested good, everything is ship shape, but something is making my shiz fry and im not sure what kinda condition the fly wheel is supposed to be in, the dealership wont bring one in unless i buy it first and its considered an "electrical component" (which is dumb as hell) so there are no returns on it. Im going to try to ask the techs at some dealerships but from my experience any tech at any dealership is about the same as a 12 year old girl with a service manuel, completely clueless. got some more parts im going to try out, Third times a charm right?
