I've been hooked on Oregon Trail: American Settler for iPad for months... And Simpsons Tapped out for over a couple years lol they are both free and Oregon trail can be used offline which is nice.
Also, if jail broken.... You probably already know Pandora Downloader. Best reason for jail breaking. Unlimited skips and download all that music.

Jailbreak for 8 has been out for over a month. Release for 8.1.1 came out last week I think.

Jailbreak for 8? I have the iphone5 on 7 to keep it jail broke.... I haven't heard of a newer release from 7.0.4, at least that's what mines on....

Ive got a spare room ive been considering renting out...its maybe 13x13, standard sized closet. Im near easton, quiet neighborhood, driveway parking available, 2 car garage (can fit 2 if i ever get the other side organized/cleaned out. 2 cats, decent size kitchen (for your sandwiches...lol) gutted/remodeled last year, and a huge patio w/ firepit and grill
im picky, i need a garage lol but seriously, thanks.
and i really dont know what ill be able to afford but i can tell you now im around 1000 in mortgage alone. clearly, id like to be way below that
