A new job opening is immediately available for a IT Telecommunications Analyst.
Key responsibilities include:
• Adds, moves and changes for Avaya phone switch, Voicemail, CMS and IQ systems.
• Trouble-shoot advanced phone problems, call routing, call recording, and reporting issues.
• Support the NICE Perform call recording system.
• Create, support, and analyze Microcall, Avaya CMS and Avaya IQ reports.
• Document (using MS Office and Visio) all processes, procedures and aspects of the voice infrastructure.
• Work closely with vendors to implement new technology and support existing infrastructure.
• Coordinate support tasks and project-related initiatives with other IT groups and end user business units.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
