house warming party AKA The Crunk Lumbajack
copperhead replied to copperhead's topic in Pics and Vids
haha, that's his ricer unpainted bodykit. And the car is pink, btw. I don't think he got any puke inside the car. He did, however, drive through it when he left -
So, a few people were over at the new place last night. Adam ended up having a few too many flaming doctor peppers, at the urging of the flaming Marc. The results were not pretty. NWS!!! Don't click this if you have a weak stomach, because that's what the picture is of. Adam somehow managed to find his car, but luckily we had his keys. At this point, our dear friend the Lumbajack managed to find his bed, and pass out in this position. Turn up the volume to hear Adam sleeping. With his face in a trash can.

Apparently, sceintists wanted to nuke the moon back in the 1950's, to see what would happen. http://www.space.com/news/spacehistory/nuke_moon_000514.html

That's cool and all, but Zak is starting to play there this weekend. He is really hoping for a good turnout, so that he will be invited to play there again. If you are not busy, please come out and show your support.

No one will ever take you seriously, if you are incapable of forming complete sentences. I don't just mean on here, but everywhere in life. You claim to have a college education, so please act like it.

Ok, I'm looking for a laptop for around a thousand bucks, I can go a bit higher if need be though. What I really want is an HP/Compaq powered by an Athlon, but the specs I want brings the price up to about $1,350. So, I found this: http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=M2350-R&cat=NBB Downside: It's an E Machine. Upside: It's got everything I want. My question is, are the E Machines notebook computers as shitty as the desktops? Or, should I just spend the extra coin to get the HP? TIA

Ever heard of Ivan "Ironman" Stewart? He races in the Baja series, and is the most winning driver down there since the early 80's. He drives a Toyota. He even has a Tundra package named after him that was sold publicly. I don't even think Jeep has anything to do with Baja racing, it's mostly Toyota, Ford, and Chevy that competes in that. If you don't believe me, feel free to do a Google search before replying again.

I suck at reviews, so forgive me for making this look like shit, but I must say that the new Resident Evil movie fucking kicks ass. The first one was damned good, but I dare say that this one is even better. It starts off with a quick recap of the first movie, so if you haven't seen the original, it is still very possible to figure out whats up. Then, the timeline starts off exactly where the first ended. The action scenes are nearly nonstop, and well done. My only gripe is that they follow with the current trend of changing camera angles every half second, but it still comes out very well. It is a very intense movie. All of the characters in the movie, including the zombies and the Nemesis (big, bad motherfucker) look perfect. I don't think it would have been possible to make them look any better. You also get to see Milla Jovovich's boobies, so that's a big plus. This movie brings out a lot more from the game. There were a couple things that I understood far better from playing them, than if I had just walked in with no idea what was coming. For those that have played the game, Jill Valentine comes in as the other lead character, and the Nemesis in the movie = the end boss T-monster dude from the end of the first game. The thing is scary. Basically, the story is that Alice (Milla Jovovich) wakes up to find that the city is fucked. The T-Virus escaped from the lab thanks to dipshit scientists, and now half the city are zombified. So what does she do? Walks into a gun store and loads up. Meanwhile, the Umbrella corporation suddenly has The Great Wall of Quarentine around the city, and only letting citizens out of one exit, after they check out clean of the virus. Someone turns out to be infected, so they freak out and seal it shut. So, a bunch of commando type dudes helicopter in, and proceed to get their shit ruined by zombies, except for like 3 badasses. They end up meeting up with the two zombie stomping hotties, and save their asses. Somewhere along the line, the Nemises shows up and starts putting down a rain of hurt with a chaingun. Maybe not in the order though, I'm fucking tired right now. Basically, go see the damn movie. The girl that went with me said it was the best action movie she has ever seen, and I agree. Oh, and if there isn't a third Resident Evil movie, then it's because their funding got cut big time, which would piss me off. The ending was set up with no doubt in my mind that they plan on having a sequel. The End.

It's probably a '95 then, I won't have the car in my possession until this weekend, so right now I really don't know that much about it, don't know what trim, etc. It is an auto, and it's actually rather fun to drive. It feels a lot more peppy than I ever would have expected from a FWD ford.

I have exactly 1 person in mind. You are not on that list. Kindly go back to Michigan, and leave us alone. EDIT: And I'll pay you to take Geoff with you. tongue.gif
-
i believe the 4.3 and 2.8 have nothing in common, but i could be wrong.
-
...that regular citizins don't get to drive, because it's too fast.
-
Hmmm, Got Turbo? No real profile entries? Making pro Michigan comments? Following another michiganite's love for a certain automobile? Either this is one retarded newb that is friends with Geoff, or it is a certain person that think's she can get away with extra profiles, assuming no one will notice. Interesting...

I'll have a car up for sale in less than a week that appears to meet your criteria. Mercury Mystique, which is the same as the Ford Contour, 4 door, V6, AC, power windows and locks, I think power seats. Cloth interior. Not sure of the milage, but it's reasonable, and I BELIEVE it's a '94. If you are at all interested, I should have all the info on it sometime this week. I'm asking $3,000 or best offer for it.

No where in this thread has Eli posted. I guess they don't bother teaching reading comprehension up there.

I believe all you would need is a different bellhousing, MAYBE motor mounts, and harness. For a little bit of work, you are making a serious improvement. If you really want a 2.8 though, just go to U-Wrench-It, 2.8 S-10's are all over the place there.
-
you sure it's a V6? If so, then it's a chevy 2.8 that you can find out of just about any S-10. Otherwise, it's the 4.0 I6, which is also fairly common. If you've got the 2.8, I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to the 4.0

OMG, you beat on one of the SMALL ohio teams!! W E A K S A U C E ! ! ! ! ! If Miami OF OHIO was able to not hand michigan the ball in turnovers, that score would have been the other way around! Santonio Holmes had 199 yards in the FIRST HALF!! Then he was out of the game injured for a bit. How many teams can pull that off? ALSO - How come EVERY TEAM in the nation that plays us, plays their BEST GAME of the year against OSU? If other teams played against us like they do the rest of the year, then OSU could sleep through the games and still win!

http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,1282,64862,00.html?tw=newsletter_topstories_html This week, scientists Kevin O'Connor and Patrick Ward, of the Department of Industrial Microbiology at University College Dublin, announced that they have discovered a bacterial strain that uses styrene, a toxic byproduct of the polystyrene industry (which produces Styrofoam, among other things), as fuel to make a type of biodegradable plastic, polyhydroxyalkanoate, known as PHA. Interesting. Supposedly there has already been a bacteria that converts trash into oil. Science kicks ass.

Looks like your new euro-spec taillights don't fit quite right

When is that coming out? Looks funny, I'd like to see it. I heard a rumor that it will be rated NC-17 because of graphic sex scenes. I definately can NOT confirm that though
