Adam I'll have my Delta buddy get a hold of you, he goes handgun shooting at some indoor range down there all the time. Maybe you just need more practice

What are you talking about, they wont give you a sidearm
  4. Brian, iodine, which is added to salt, is needed by the body. I'm not so sure that salt itself is. Funny how salt was originally used as a preservative, and we all know how good anything with that label is for us.
  5. Ryan, pm me with step by step what you did and what all happened and I'll try to make sense of it
  6. Right, past $600 you just get a Saiga and call it a day. Oh, and that thing has plenty of rails for adding gun rice
  7. Unrevoked doesn't work on moto phones

Phil Please make a post that doesn't make me want to ban you again. Thanks
  9. Make it at a comparable price to entry level 500's and 870's and I'm sold. Looks amazing for home defense.
  10. There are a billion 1911's out there, and the ones that are poor quality generally don't survive in stores long. Basically, spend your money on what has the options you want, for the price you want. Or at least find what looks good to you then do a half hour of research on it. As for AR's, its kind of the same deal. Colts are very pricey, and some of their models use non standard size roll pins to hold everything together in the lower. They were trying to make it so that you couldn't use mil spec parts in civilian guns but all the other manufacturer's ignored the idea. I don't see any reason to buy a Colt. Once again, look around for what has the options you like for the price you want, or you can go the build it yourself route. If this is the case, pick up a bare receiver wherever, a good lower parts kit, a nice stock, and figure out what style upper you want.
  11. ING Direct used to have ~4% interest on their savings accounts, but its dropped to damn near nothing. I don't know about any of the other online banks.
  12. Yeah, can't remember why but I was at your place once years ago. I knew you were on the outskirts of Powell but had no clue what its actually considered there. I didn't realize Joe lives that close. My taxes started off around $1600 a year on my $140,000 house, but for whatever reason just jumped about a thousand. Suddenly, its kind of expensive to live here.
  13. Easiest way into being a commercial pilot is through the military. To be a military pilot you have to be an officer, which means college first.
  14. Niagara Falls? Cabins are nice, if you wait until its warmer out there are plenty of scenic places in Pennsylvania. I've stayed at a privately owned cabin in Coudersport, PA several times, its a really nice area. Otherwise, its 12 hours to the Outer Banks, totally worth it. I've been there the last two years. http://www.lafayettehotel.com/ That's in Marietta, where I grew up. Two hours away, beautiful area. Not too expensive. While down there, take a trip on here: http://www.valleygemsternwheeler.com/
  15. I'm guessing Wease lives in an unincorporated area, which helps a lot. edit - now that I think about it, the city he is near or in actually has a decent rate. I know some friend's parents live there, and their ~$250k house is about $5,000 a year in taxes, which really isn't terrible. Unrelated, but my cousins decided they needed to leave New Albany because they were tired of paying $40,000 a year in property taxes. Can't say that i blame them. They now live in the general vicinity of Wease.
  16. screen protectors aren't needed on modern phones, I imagine tablets would be as tough or tougher. Oh, but I must say the Otterbox Commuter on my Evo is amazing, and the Otterbox Defender on the gf's iPhone is a lifesaver since shes a butterfingers when it comes to phones.
  17. Oh yeah, about that... When you turn off 4G it continues to scan for 4G until you reboot, effectively raping your battery. I'm running Cyanogenmod ROM which doesn't even support 4G. The extra speed doesn't matter to me unless I'm tethering, so it doesn't bother me to not have it.
  18. For that kind of money I'd get an M1A
  19. Its been in Cinci for months, and Columbus for weeks. I know when I was down in Cinci the week of Thanksgiving I was picking it up, but it was a bit spotty around the south end of 275 where I was at.
  20. You should have quite a bit there that she could at least try. Everyone loves Mario Kart, plus Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, Just Dance 1 and 2
  21. Yup, its very easy. Just click on the loader channel then select what game you want. It just adds one easy step to the process of playing a game, but it means you never have to swap discs, so nothing to lose or scratch. All that I need is to know your firmware version. From the system menu, click on the Wii Options button on the bottom left. Then Wii Settings on the right. The version will be along the top, towards the right.
  22. My taxes went up about a grand this year, no clue why. Sadly, I'm in the same boat as wnaplay in that I want to sell the bitch within the next few years, so trying to get it lowered could hurt me. Ugh.
  23. Alright, I have done some testing and with my new setup, it is $100 and I include a 500 gig hard drive to get you going! The process is super quick now, so you can hang around while I do it and I can show you how your Wii has been improved.
